Funny Thing of the Week #10 - Fargo Hat

This week's FTW could also be the CTW (Cute Thing of the Week).  It's a photo that Lynn took for her Project365 page a week or two ago.  She was in a hurry to take her photo of the day and for some reason decided to humiliate Kosmo by putting the 'Fargo Hat' on him so she could post a photo of it on the internets.
Just look at the poor little guy; doesn't he look so sad? :(
